System requirements
- Apple Silicon: M1 or later (Intel Macs aren't supported)
- macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later
- ~5 GB free disk for the on-device models
- 16 GB unified memory recommended (runs comfortably on 8 GB)
Halo runs its AI entirely on your Mac, so it needs an Apple Silicon chip and macOS 15 or later.
Verify the signature
In Terminal, run:
codesign --verify --deep --strict --verbose=2 /Applications/HeyHalo.app
Should print "satisfies its Designated Requirement".
