People & memory

A private memory for the people you talk to.

Who they are, what you discussed, and what you owe each other, built from your own conversations.

Halo is a private personal CRM that builds a quiet profile of everyone you talk to. Press the people shortcut for a dossier of anyone: what you've discussed, when you last spoke, and what each of you still owes the other. It's built only from your own meetings and messages, and it lives on your Mac.

How it works

Three ways it earns the shortcut.

01

Built from your own conversations

The profile comes from your meetings and messages, not a data broker. Halo notices what was said and what was promised, and keeps a short written note, never the raw content.

02

One glance before you talk

Before a call or a reply, pull up the dossier to see the thread of your relationship: last contact, open promises, and the context you'd otherwise have to dig for.

03

Yours, and only on your Mac

The people memory is a local database. There's no shared address book on our servers, and you can edit or delete any profile at any time.

Private by design.

People dossiers are assembled and stored on your Mac from your own conversations. Nothing is pulled from the internet about a person, and nothing is uploaded. You can clear any profile whenever you like.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this a personal CRM?

Yes, a private one. Halo keeps a lightweight profile of the people you talk to, built from your own meetings and messages, so you always have context before you reach out.

Where does the information come from?

Only from your own conversations on your Mac. Halo does not scrape the web or buy data about anyone.

Can I delete a person's profile?

Yes, any time. The dossiers live on your Mac and you're in full control of what's kept.
